My Story

I've started over
more times than
I planned.

Buffalo at 9. Atlanta at 18. West Palm Beach for 15 years. Back to Atlanta. Then Denver. Then walking away from a business I helped build with family. And now, learning how to move forward without the person who believed in me before I believed in myself.

I didn't build The Honorable Lifestyle from a seminar or a certification. I built it from the inside of every one of those moments. The ones where you have no blueprint, no safety net, and no idea what comes next. Just the decision to keep going.

That's not a resume. That's the credential.

What this brand is
"A place to reset. A game plan for moving forward."
  • Built by someone living through it, not lecturing about it
  • For anyone forced to start over, whatever the reason
  • Real frameworks. Not motivation. Not performance.
  • Grounded in the golden rule. Treat others how you want to be treated in your hardest moment
  • One day at a time. That's the whole philosophy.
The Journey

Every city.
Every restart.

I didn't choose the reset life. It kept finding me. And every time, I had to figure it out with no blueprint.

Age 9
Buffalo, NY to Atlanta, GA

The first move. The one you don't choose. You just wake up in a new place and have to figure out who you are there. No say in the matter. Just adapt.

Restart #1. The Involuntary Move
Age 18
Atlanta, GA to West Palm Beach, FL

The first move I made for myself. 18 years old, heading to a new state with my mom, siblings, and grandma. Building a new life together in a city that didn't know our name.

Restart #2. The First Family Move
15 Years
West Palm Beach, FL

The longest root I grew. You build a life over 15 years: relationships, identity, community. And then you make a call that requires leaving all of it behind. That's a different kind of loss.

The Longest Chapter
Later
Back to Atlanta, then Denver, CO

Two more cities. Two more restarts. Each one teaching me the same thing in a different language: you can build anywhere if you build the right foundation inside first.

Restarts #3 and #4
The Call
Walking Away from the Business

I helped build a business that generated over two million dollars with family, and was worth even more than that. And I had to walk away from it. The hardest part wasn't the money. It was accepting that some things you build aren't meant to keep. That lesson cost everything, and taught me more than anything else has.

Restart #5. The Hardest One
Now
Learning to Move Forward Without My Mom

She was my best friend. My wing woman. My biggest supporter, for every city, every business, every version of myself I was trying to become. She made everyone feel like family. She loved out loud. She showed me love every single day. I lost her. I can't say I'm healing through this. But she wanted me to keep going. So I am. This brand is one of the ways I honor her.

The Present. Building Through It
What the Restarts Taught Me

Every loss
taught me something.

01

You Can Build Anywhere

Five cities. Every time, I thought the location was the problem. It wasn't. The foundation you carry inside you is what determines what you build. Not the zip code.

02

Grief and Forward Motion Coexist

You don't have to be done grieving to start moving. I'm living proof. The weight doesn't go away. You learn to walk with it. One day at a time. That's not a slogan. It's the only strategy that works.

03

The Golden Rule Is a System

My mom lived it every day. Treat people the way you'd want to be treated in your hardest moment. That's not soft. That's the most durable standard I've ever seen operate in real life.

04

Vulnerability Is the Real Credential

Not the cities. Not the business. Not the résumé. The willingness to say "I don't have it figured out and I'm building anyway." That's what people actually trust. That's what this brand is built on.

05

There's No Blueprint

I looked for one every time. It doesn't exist. So I started building one. For myself first, and now for anyone else who's standing in a new place with no roadmap and no net. That's the whole point of HL.

06

Some Things You Build Are for Others

Every city I moved to. Every business I built. Every piece of content I create. Some of it was for me, and some of it was for the person on the other end who needed to see someone else making it through. That's enough of a reason.
